Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
You can enquire via our Contact page, send us a WhatsApp message, or visit us in-store. Once we confirm stock and pricing, you pay to reserve your fabric.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, Opay, and other Nigerian mobile payment options. Full payment is typically required before dispatch.
Can I order in bulk for Asọẹbi groups?
Yes. We regularly supply bulk orders for weddings, church events and corporate functions. Contact us with your quantity and timeline for a dedicated quote.
Are prices negotiable?
Our prices reflect the authentic sourcing and quality of our fabrics and are generally fixed. However, bulk orders may attract favourable pricing. Enquire directly.
Authenticity & Quality
Are your fabrics genuinely imported?
Yes. All our Austrian laces, Swiss guipures and other European fabrics are directly sourced. We do not deal in counterfeits or imitations — our reputation depends on it.
How do I know the fabric I see online is what I will receive?
We strive for accurate photography and detailed descriptions. For high-value orders, we can share additional close-up images or arrange a consultation to show you the fabric in person.
Do you offer custom sourcing?
If you have a specific fabric in mind that isn't in our current stock, we can source it. A consultation and upfront deposit are required for custom sourcing requests.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver nationwide across Nigeria?
Yes. We deliver to all states in Nigeria via trusted courier partners. Delivery times and fees vary by location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, and other countries where there is a community of our customers. Contact us for international shipping rates and timelines.
How long does delivery take?
Within Lagos: 1–3 working days. Other Nigerian states: 3–7 working days. International: 7–21 days depending on destination.
Appointments & In-Store Visits
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. However, we strongly recommend booking an appointment — especially for bridal or bulk orders — to ensure you receive dedicated attention.
Is there a fee to book an appointment?
Yes. A small token appointment fee is required to confirm your slot. This ensures that both your time and ours are well spent. The fee is communicated at the time of booking.
What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm. Saturday: 10am – 4pm. Sunday and public holidays: Closed.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately with photos. We investigate every complaint thoroughly and will arrange a replacement or resolution where the fault is ours.
Can I return a fabric after purchase?
Owing to the nature of fabric goods, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if a fabric is defective or was incorrectly supplied, we will resolve it at no cost to you.
